It's a bit like KOTOR, it's set 400 yearsafter the death of Darth Malak so it's gonna be awesome!

I'm sorry you cannot play as Cathar,though I understand you meet a few in the game.

It comes out late this year,Their should be a list of classes you can play as on the website.

Though a few I can remember of hand are:Bounty hunter,Sith warrior,Jedi warrior. There are many more that I can't remember so i'll go and look it up.

EPIC!

It only shows you what class, not what race you can be so I have hopes still!

You can go to nine different planets including Coruscant,Korriban,Alderaan,Tatooine and Dromund Kaas!

Of those classes I think I'd be Sith Inquisitor. It's my classic type: Evil, and Mage. Effectively.
My first character on any MMO is always Mage, or whatever equivalent there is.

I hate magic. I only use it if I have to. Unless it is something like force lightning or something epic then I WILL use it.

Zig zagas I totally agree with the magic thing.
However I think my first class will be a smuggler. Read the smuggler biography and you will know why.

Also the are the funniest and the most likely to try and flirt with a jedi.

Oh, Did you know there is a mod for Oblivion that lets you have Revans armour? And there is another one which lets you have light sabers?

They just added Taris as a planet in the old republic!

You are there 300 years after Darth Malak bombards the surface of the world.

There are still rakghouls and they're even weirder than before. The ruins of the old buildings are there and the whole landscape is a toxic nightmare!
